Very Efficient Resource Allocation, in short VERA, is a web service I developed that is now used across all labs at the Alexandra Institute. The tool enables planning of projects ressource, budgets,, allocation of personel, and retrieval of Key Performance Indicators.

VERA was written in Javascript and PhP. The initial version was released in 2011, and since then a lots of improvements have been implemented in response to the usage by the 100 people at Alexandra Institute.
